For over a decade, I dealt with insomnia, mood swings, brain fog, skin issues, fatigue, weight gain, hot flashes, and chronic digestive problems.

At the time, I was a senior executive, commuting 200 miles every few days, frequently traveling overseas, and balancing life as a mum and stepmum to 3 boys. My life was incredibly stressful, and I didn’t realize how these symptoms were quietly taking over.

Initially, I thought my symptoms were related to a sudden gallbladder removal 10 years earlier. Little did I know that they were actually signs of peri-menopause that I hadn’t connected the dots on.
